Alrighty then, we’re back for another exciting adventure here on the Chaotic Navigator podcast. I am Murphy Ganz, the Alaska Outlaw and today I’d like to respond to a flood of emails we’ve gotten over the year, while discussing some ideas about who is ultimately responsible for your safety, as well as the safety of your family members.

Before we get after it today, I’d like to make sure that, for those of you who need peace and harmony, or help in making sense of life, be sure to check out the Alaskan Ulfhednar podcast at https://akulfhednar.com. After 30 years of spiritual searching and discovery, he has arrived home. Check out his theories of finding peace and harmony, with a true understanding of co-existence and universal love. Some great stuff for you there.

Each week we look at a different facet of what being prepared looks like in the real world of everyday. It is absolutely awesome to be back with you guys here for another adventure of discovery and obtaining the super power of common sense. Today I want to put a new lens on the old eyeballs and look at the topics with a different perspective.

Who is really in charge during a disaster? So many people have asked this question in so many different ways, it must be time to do a show about it. Being cognizant of the organizations that will be involved, and to what degree, will give us some ideas as to what to plan for.

Segment 1.- In the first segment we’re going to discuss the multiple phases of all types of disasters, and we’ll identify many of the hard working people of multiple organizations who have the civilian populations best interest at heart, while trying to keep themselves and others safe.

Segment 2. - in the second segment we’ll get in and discuss the organizational jurisdiction throughout the many different phases of the disaster, and the recovery efforts. Id like to introduce some of the groups that are going to make an appearance in your neighborhood during, and after, a large scale natural or man-made disaster.

Segment 3 - Finally, id like to talk about the things that we can be prepared for ahead of time. We’ll throw in some disaster buzz words to help you quickly get those rescuers rowing in the same direction you are. We’ll finish us out today by putting out a rubber on the road, plan for you to align your assistance efforts with those already underway.
